How does sampling work?
Compare the fragrance first, then review the filled product and presentation. Keep the selected sample reference with your requested changes.
Review the fragrance
Label each trial with its sample code and date. Compare samples under consistent conditions and record specific feedback on the opening and later impression. Longevity is evaluated for the actual formulation, rather than inferred from the bottle or concentration name.
Check the assembled spray
Assess the filled bottle, pump, collar and cap together. Discuss spray pattern, actuation, closure fit and leakage checks using the agreed product and method.
Bring packaging into the approved brief
Bottle decoration, label area and retail box follow the confirmed product dimensions. Keep the scent, component and artwork references together before approving production.
